Update on Hermana Pollock

With all that's been going on with Covid-19, and missionaries returning to their native countries, we received an email from her mission president saying that she will be coming home. However, the borders of Argentina, along with the airports are both closed until March 31st, and may extend to April 6th. We were told it could even be a week after that, depending on if there are flights they can even get her on. She will be quarantined at home for 2 weeks, and then she should be reassigned to another mission in the States. We were given her phone number so we could call her today. She is unable to leave her "pension" to go to the church where she normally facetimes us. It was great to hear her voice, and know that she is healthy and well. They are keeping busy by studying the scriptures, writing in their journals, and watching Disney movies that they were allowed to buy before they were quarantined. The members are able to drop off food for them, but she says she is a little hungry, this has only happened twice. So, here we anxiously await her return, Rebecca Pollock
