GOZO!!!!!

Hey y'all!!! Well this week was really fast!!!! But so many awesome things happened. First we found our guy that was supposed to be baptized, he then told us he was going to be baptized last Sunday, but then guess what happened, we couldn't find him again!!!! So we were like BRO!!!! What happened! So ya, now we are shooting for this Sunday! One of the lessons we had with him was right next to the river because he always goes fishing there. At that moment during the lesson, he caught a fish and it was so cool looking!!!! But all is good here in Argentina. One thing I learned this week is our purpose here on earth. Like why are we here??? Well, it says in the scriptures that our purpose here on earth is to have JOY!!!! How amazing is that!!! Right! And the way we can have pure joy is through The Gospel of Jesus Christ!!!! I pray that you can find that in your life if you don't have it, and keep it because joy comes from God, not from the stuff of the world. Love you all so much! 1 Month until General Conference

Yay we had a baptism this week por fin!!!!!!! It was so good, the family came with 8/14 of their kids so that was good!!! and the kids were so happy to get baptized! We also had two of the young men who are 16 years old baptize them. It was really cute to see them have their first baptism. Other than that, like always, not much happened. We had a tranquila semana and for two days I was with a different hermana. We had a great time together and we made brownies which was my first time in the mission. They were so good!!!! Remember that we are one month away from general conference and so we have a little time to prepare!!!! But how awesome it is to learn more about Joseph Smith and his story and how important it is to know that through Joseph Smith, we have the church of Jesus Christ again on the earth and the chance to have the gospel in our lives and feel this happiness that it brings into our lives! Happy New Year ya'll!!!!!! This week was really good! Well, in some ways. First of all, New Years Day was just a chill day, we didn't do anything, just hung out with other missionaries and played games and watched movies. It was really fun! Other than that, there was only one other thing that really happened on Saturday, which was really kinda funny. So what happened is that this day was kinda hard for us because we didn't really feel very good, but we had so many people that yelled at us when we were in the street. Lots of members from other places, but the funniest one was when this drunk guy yelled at us and said "hermanas, when are you going to come and visit me?" and he crossed the street to come and talk to us, which we did, and he said that it was really hard to read our names and that they were in English so he didn't understand our names, but then he said that he wanted a book so we gave him a folleto and then he told us to give him one of our chu...

Hey everyone! Well let's see here... we should start off with the good and juicy stuff. Well, Sunday was kinda crazy. We went to this choir thing that the stake center here does, but it really isn't a church activity, just a lot of different choirs from all over Posadas came and sang christmas songs. It was really cool and they were all so good!!! (that is not the crazy thing) but when we were going back home to our pension, we had to drop a different Hermana off at a different pension and then we had to go and get on the last colectivo of the night. That was the craziest colectivo of the whole day!!! We started off with 4 drunk guys and then one started to get mad at the driver for something that happened, then the police came and took him off and then other people started yelling and saying how he didn't do anything.
