I Don't Love You Anymore

This week was good. We had a baptism on Saturday and it was really good. The girl who we baptized is 14 years old and so funny! She has a little crush on our zone leader, but she actually had our district leader baptize her because he shared his testimony with her and it meant a lot. But wow she so funny! She used our phone to call our zone leader to tell him that he isn't going to baptize her (because he was supposed to) and this is exactly what she said, "I don't love you anymore" then told him that the other elder was going to baptize her. It was so funny. This week we have multizona, then the next day interviews with Presidente, then later that day we get to go to the stake center and watch the broadcast of President Nelson, who is going to be in Buenos Aires this Wednesday. So we will go and watch that. We are going to try to get Diamela, who is our new convert, to come with us. It will be so cool! This week will be really good and this past week was really good. I have learned to really work hard with your investigators because you never know their time, and what they need, because with Diamela, it took her a little longer than we thought for her to be baptized, and it was the best experience ever because she has her eyes set on the temple and really wants to get married in the temple. Oh, also last Sunday and this past Sunday, my very first convert passed the Sacrament!!! I was so happy for him! And how far he has come to get to this place in his life! 1 Month until General Conference

Yay we had a baptism this week por fin!!!!!!! It was so good, the family came with 8/14 of their kids so that was good!!! and the kids were so happy to get baptized! We also had two of the young men who are 16 years old baptize them. It was really cute to see them have their first baptism. Other than that, like always, not much happened. We had a tranquila semana and for two days I was with a different hermana. We had a great time together and we made brownies which was my first time in the mission. They were so good!!!! Remember that we are one month away from general conference and so we have a little time to prepare!!!! But how awesome it is to learn more about Joseph Smith and his story and how important it is to know that through Joseph Smith, we have the church of Jesus Christ again on the earth and the chance to have the gospel in our lives and feel this happiness that it brings into our lives! Love you all and hope that you all have a great week and make good decision...

Happy New Year ya'll!!!!!! This week was really good! Well, in some ways. First of all, New Years Day was just a chill day, we didn't do anything, just hung out with other missionaries and played games and watched movies. It was really fun! Other than that, there was only one other thing that really happened on Saturday, which was really kinda funny. So what happened is that this day was kinda hard for us because we didn't really feel very good, but we had so many people that yelled at us when we were in the street. Lots of members from other places, but the funniest one was when this drunk guy yelled at us and said "hermanas, when are you going to come and visit me?" and he crossed the street to come and talk to us, which we did, and he said that it was really hard to read our names and that they were in English so he didn't understand our names, but then he said that he wanted a book so we gave him a folleto and then he told us to give him one of our chu...

Transfers!

Hey everyone, this week was kinda crazy! It was my last week in my first area, Italia Centro.. RIP... but now I´m in a new area called San Martin (Misiones, Posadas) it is so cool and way different than my first area. This place has red dirt, hills, and trees. So it's way different than what I ́m used to, but I know that it will be really good for me, and that God has prepared this place and the people for me and my companion. Before I actually came to this area, in my older area, I ran into a tree... I thought you might like to know that. The only tree in Formosa, and I happened to run into it. But I ́m fine, I just have a little mark not too noticeable, but I'll send a picture. My new companion ́s name is Hermana Rowlings and she is from Nebraska. She only has for months left in the mission, so this will probably end up being her last area, so I have no idea how long I will be here.
